Returns Policy
The majority of product from Action Solutions is new and will carry a
manufacturer's warranty. Please contact the manufacturer before requesting
an RMA.
Unless otherwise noted in the item description, defective items may be
returned within 30 days for a full refund. In order to return or exchange
all or part of your order, you must first contact us for a Return Materials
Authorization (RMA) by emailing action@actionsolutions.com.
All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging, complete with
accessories, cables, etc. and with the authorization form (RMA) enclosed or
attached. Return requests must be made within 30 days of the receipt date.
If the item is not defective there will be a 15% restocking fee. Shipping
costs are non-refundable.
